On top of Spire Two for the first time. Instead of following the more
popular second pitch, which goes up a knobby face protected by a bolt, we
opted to follow the original line of the Conn Route. This variation
involves easier climbing but gives a huge sense of exposure as one leaves
the cozy belay notch and traverses out over a gaping chimney.
