This is Kingpin, which stands right next to the highway.  Angela and I climbed the Conn route which begins in the chimney between Kingpin and Queenpin (not visible in this photo).  According to the guidebook we had with us the route is 5.7.  It turns out however, (we found this out while reading a new guide on the way back home) that many years ago some of the holds at the crux broke off and the climb is now 5.9!!  Had I known this before starting I wouldn't have even given it a try (we generally climb very conservatively in the Hills do to the seriousness of falling on many of the routes here).  It certainly felt like the hardest 5.7 I've every climbed!  Luckily the difficulty only lasts for about two moves and then it eases up significantly.
