This small formation is called Butter Spreader.  We climbed the Conn route called Butter Knife (5.5) which starts along the flake in the center of the photo and then follows the left angling crack to the top.  Notice the little bush growing out of the diagonal crack?  Somehow I bet that wasn't there when the Conns first climbed this line in 1959!  Though the climbing wasn't particularly difficult, the angling nature of this route made protecting it tricky for a beginning leader.
