Since the Third Flatiron is usually closed off (due to raptors) when we are in the Boulder Area, we ended up climbing it on a Monday morning in January of 2002.  Other than one soloist who passed us, we pretty much had the place to ourselves.  While it was only about 30 degrees, the warm mountain sun kept us going.  It was a very enjoyable outing indeed!
